Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality beverages, including espresso drinks, coffee, and teas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the counter, floor, and restrooms.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments efficiently.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and espresso machines safely and correctly.
- Upsell products and suggest new items to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
