Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and efficiency
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of espresso machines and service areas
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during peak hours
- Upsell premium coffee products and seasonal promotions
- Participate in inventory management and stock rotation
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months barista experience or equivalent coffee knowledge
- Basic knowledge of espresso brewing and milk texturing techniques
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Must be 18+ years old
