Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and custom blends.
- Operate espresso machines and coffee brewing equipment with precision and care.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and resolving inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, including the counter, dining area, and restrooms.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Follow recipes and quality standards to ensure every cup meets our premium expectations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and latte art techniques is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
