Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and creativity
- Engage customers with warm, personalized service and product knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all coffee stations and customer areas
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems efficiently
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflows during peak hours
- Handle cash transactions and manage cash register responsibilities
- Contribute to inventory management and quality control
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year barista experience with specialty coffee preparation
- Valid food handler certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong attention to detail and passion for coffee craftsmanship
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
