Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality beverages, including espresso drinks, cold brews, and seasonal specials.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking accurate orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and point-of-sale systems with speed and accuracy.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and cash handling duties.
- Engage with customers to build relationships and promote loyalty programs.
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong passion for coffee culture and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
