Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and creativity
- Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with regulars
- Operate POS systems, process payments, and maintain accurate cash handling
- Manage inventory, stock supplies, and ensure cleanliness of all stations
- Train new baristas on brewing techniques and café standards
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure seamless service
Qualifications
- 1+ years of barista or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
