What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso beverages, tea, and pastries according to standard recipes.
- Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and process payments accurately.
- Upsell products and promote seasonal specials to drive sales.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience preferred, but training provided for enthusiastic learners.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso machines.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
