Responsibilities
- Craft Excellence: Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and fresh pastries, adhering to strict quality standards.
- Customer Service: Greet every guest with a warm smile, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace, including the coffee bar, dining area, and restrooms.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies, and restock items to ensure smooth operations.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process customer payments quickly and accurately using our POS system.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous barista or customer service experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Energy: Ability to stand for long periods and work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Personality: Friendly, outgoing, and approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and ready to work scheduled shifts.
- Skills: Basic math skills for cash handling and the ability to follow instructions quickly.
- Passion: A genuine love for coffee and a desire to learn about brewing techniques.
