Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and cold brews.
- Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment and espresso machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service with a smile.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, including the counter, dining area, and storage rooms.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels.
- Cashier duties, including processing payments accurately and handling cash drawers.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and milk steaming.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
