Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain immaculate café cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems efficiently
- Upsell products and educate customers on coffee origins and brewing methods
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations
- Assist in inventory management and quality control of coffee supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience required
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles
- Proven ability to multitask in high-volume settings
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food safety certification preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
