Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks using provided professional espresso machines and grinders
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, workspace, and customer areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of provided supplies
- Collaborate with team to create innovative seasonal drink specials
Qualifications
- 1+ years of barista experience preferred but not required
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn advanced techniques
- Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
