Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality espresso beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, and cold brews, ensuring consistent taste and presentation.
- Maintain and sanitize all brewing equipment and workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a memorable customer experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, processing payments and handling transactions efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies, including coffee beans, milk, and pastries.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
