Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and seasonal specialties using commercial equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and warm hospitality
- Maintain pristine workspace and equipment hygiene per health standards
- Execute inventory management and restocking of premium coffee supplies
- Collaborate with team on seasonal menu development and promotions
- Train new baristas on equipment operation and brewing techniques
Qualifications
- 1+ years professional barista experience with espresso machine proficiency
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining quality
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
- Basic inventory management and POS system experience
- Food Handler's Permit (or willingness to obtain)
