Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks and pastries according to standard recipes.
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, including the espresso machine and counter area.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Engage with customers to build relationships and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, milk steaming, and latte art.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Reliability and a positive attitude are a must.
