Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages following precise recipes
- Deliver outstanding customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Manage cash operations and POS systems with accuracy
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of equipment, workspace, and seating areas
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Source and present information on our rotating single-origin selections
- Participate in inventory management and restocking procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience required
- Expert knowledge of espresso extraction and brewing techniques
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in high-volume settings
- Passion for specialty coffee and continuous learning
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's certification preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling
