Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, tea, and pastries according to standard recipes.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace at all times.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and handle cash transactions.
- Clean and sanitize equipment, including grinders, espresso machines, and serving areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
