Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using precise techniques
- Engage customers with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of the bar and equipment
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while providing exceptional service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Participate in inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Adhere to food safety standards and company protocols

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional coffee preparation experience
- Deep knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and brewing methods
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
