Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, pour-overs, and teas, following strict quality standards.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions and manage inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the management team to execute daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Upsell products and suggest new menu items to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and latte art is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems and remote scheduling tools.
