Responsibilities
- Brew and serve hot and cold beverages, including espresso, coffee, tea, and smoothies, adhering to strict quality standards.
- Greet every customer warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace, including the coffee bar, dining area, and restrooms.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies (milk, beans, cups) to prevent downtime.
- Assist in food preparation and plating when required to support the service team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and speed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions.
