Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks (espresso, lattes, cold brew) using premium beans
- Masterfully operate espresso machines and brewing equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of bar, equipment, and customer areas
- Process transactions accurately via POS systems while upselling menu items
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth daily operations and inventory management

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience required
- Expert knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage recipes
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification preferred
