Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain pristine café cleanliness and organize inventory efficiently
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems with proficiency
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth peak-hour operations
- Develop and execute seasonal drink promotions
- Train new baristas on recipes and customer engagement standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months barista or customer service experience preferred
- Deep passion for coffee and willingness to expand knowledge
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math aptitude for cash handling and inventory
