Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks using espresso machines and brewing equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and adhere to food safety standards
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours for seamless service
- Learn and promote seasonal menu items and daily specials
- Train new baristas on brewing techniques and customer protocols
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
