Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality espresso beverages, teas, and pastries according to strict recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process customer transactions.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and monitoring stock levels.
- Clean equipment and workstations thoroughly after every shift to ensure hygiene and readiness for the next day.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a high-volume coffee shop or full-service restaurant is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso machines, and milk steaming techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- A friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude with a focus on service excellence.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
