Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Engage customers with warm, personalized service
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of coffee stations and equipment
- Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
- Share knowledge of coffee origins and brewing methods
Qualifications
- 1+ years of coffee preparation experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Attention to detail in beverage presentation
