Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee drinks including espresso, lattes, and cold brew
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain pristine workspace and equipment per health standards
- Process cashless and cash transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management and supply ordering
- Collaborate with remote team for digital menu updates and promotions
- Train new baristas using our hybrid learning platform
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional coffee preparation experience
- ServeSafe or equivalent food handler certification
- Proficiency with POS systems and digital order processing
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Strong communication skills for remote team collaboration
- Valid Texas Food Handler Permit
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
