Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and seasonal specials, according to our quality standards.
- Greet every customer with a warm, welcoming smile and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including the espresso machine, counter area, and dining space.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments securely.
- Assist in stocking inventory and ensuring product availability throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required—we will train you!
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Passion for coffee and a desire to learn about different brewing methods.
