Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee/espresso beverages using precise techniques
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing orders and payments
- Maintain spotless cleanliness of all equipment, counters, and seating areas
- Engage warmly with customers to build loyalty and provide personalized recommendations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee/supplies
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or food service experience preferred
- Proficient in espresso machine operation and milk steaming techniques
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
