Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso, coffee, and tea, according to company recipes.
- Operate espresso machines, blenders, and Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently during peak hours.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, including coffee bar, dining area, and storage spaces.
- Assist with food preparation, restocking ingredients, and keeping the shop well-stocked at all times.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage the register with accuracy.
- Learn and perform latte art techniques to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, drink recipes, and food safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
