- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of all equipment, workstations, and customer areas
- Process cash and digital transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Support inventory management by tracking supplies and placing timely orders
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours
- Adhere to all food safety protocols and hygiene regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional barista experience required
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods, bean varieties, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for customer engagement
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a high-volume setting
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tracking
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and early mornings
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities
- Food Handler's Certification preferred
