Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Engage customers with warm, personalized service and product knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment and service areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately process transactions
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth daily operations and peak service
- Contribute to inventory management and restocking of supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months food/beverage service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles
- Strong communication skills with exceptional customer focus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
