Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and advanced techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain pristine workspace and uphold strict hygiene standards
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless daily operations
- Support inventory management and restocking procedures
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience required
- Extensive knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced customer service environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic cash handling and POS proficiency
- Food Handler's certification preferred
