Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain spotless cleanliness of espresso machines, brewing equipment, and service areas
- Manage inventory and restock supplies to ensure seamless operations
- Collaborate with team members to uphold brand standards and exceed expectations
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional coffee preparation experience
- Deep knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and latte art
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- ServSafe Food Handler certification preferred
- Passion for coffee and commitment to continuous learning
