Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages following precise recipes
- Engage warmly with customers, memorize orders, and provide personalized recommendations
- Maintain spotless workspace, espresso machines, and customer areas
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with team to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours
- Source and present fresh pastries and light food items
- Participate in daily inventory management and restocking
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Exceptional customer service with multilingual ability a plus
- Ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Food Handler's certification preferred
