Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Spearhead the design and implementation of scalable machine learning infrastructure tailored for Project 2026.
- Pipeline Optimization: Develop and optimize high-throughput data pipelines to feed advanced neural networks.
- Model Development: Create proprietary deep learning models focused on computer vision and natural language processing.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct research on emerging AI trends to integrate cutting-edge technologies into our stack.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex AI concepts into robust solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Specialization: Strong background in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision algorithms.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-scale environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
