Responsibilities
- Design and implement next-generation AI models for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum machine learning and neural networks
- Publish findings in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR) and secure IP patents
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into scalable commercial solutions
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to our open-source innovation ecosystem
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and ethical frameworks for 2026 technology standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of research experience in deep learning and large-scale distributed systems
- Expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in AI/ML conferences
- Strong background in at least one specialization: NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
