Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year strategic roadmaps for AI-driven product innovation
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-ML hybrid systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging AI disruptors (2026-2030)
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making
- Present technology forecasts to Fortune 500 clients and investors
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through compelling business cases
- Mentor AI ethics task force and publish industry thought leadership
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures and neuromorphic systems
- Certified in AI ethics (IEEE, ACM) with regulatory compliance experience
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Portfolio of 3+ deployed AI systems with measurable business impact
