Responsibilities
- Architect long-term AI innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in generative AI, autonomous systems, and human-machine symbiosis
- Develop patent-pending algorithms for predictive modeling of societal and industrial disruptions
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government technology councils
- Mentor next-generation researchers through our Future Fellows program
- Conduct horizon scanning across 15 emerging technology domains
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Computational Science, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier AI journals (NeurIPS, ICML) or equivalent industry impact
- Proven track record of deploying AI systems at scale (>100M users)
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, quantum machine learning, and ethical AI frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ disruptive technology commercializations
