Responsibilities
- Design and deploy next-gen AI frameworks anticipating 2026 technological shifts
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum-AI convergence
- Develop ethical AI governance protocols for autonomous systems
- Produce strategic roadmaps for human-AI symbiosis in 2026+ ecosystems
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants for future-facing projects
- Mentor PhD researchers in emerging AI paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML or equivalent with 5+ years in bleeding-edge research
- Published work in NeurIPS/ICML on AGI or explainable AI
- Expertise in transformer architectures, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic data
- Proven track record of patenting AI breakthroughs
- Experience with DARPA/NASA future-tech initiatives preferred
- Fluency in Python, PyTorch 3.0+, and quantum programming languages
