Responsibilities
- Design and implement the 2026 technology vision roadmap for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams of PhD researchers and engineers in prototyping next-gen systems
- Present breakthrough strategies to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Develop patentable intellectual property in emerging fields like neuromorphic computing
- Collaborate with Stanford/MIT on open-source initiatives shaping global tech standards
- Mentor junior talent in our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science with 1000+ citations
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI systems at scale
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning and AGI safety protocols
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ paradigm-shifting technology implementations
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- US citizenship or permanent residency required for government collaboration
