Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with emerging global standards

- Lead policy development initiatives with regulatory bodies and industry coalitions
- Establish transparent AI governance mechanisms for high-stakes decision-making
- Drive public education initiatives on AI ethics and responsible innovation
- Mentor cross-functional teams on ethical AI implementation strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of AI governance experience
- Proven track record in developing ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Deep understanding of emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics for machine learning models
- Experience collaborating with policymakers and international standardization bodies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts
- Publication record in AI ethics or technology policy journals
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
