Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI models

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, ethics, or regulatory compliance
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Framework, and OECD principles
- Proven track record designing bias mitigation strategies for ML systems
- Expertise in participatory design methodologies for AI stakeholder engagement
- Strong publication record in AI ethics or technology policy journals
- Proficiency in Python for ethical AI auditing tools
