Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Collaborate with engineers to embed ethical safeguards into AI development lifecycle
- Advocate regulatory compliance with evolving AI governance standards
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and predictive analytics
- Author white papers on AI ethics best practices for industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, policy, or responsible tech
- Proficiency with bias detection tools (IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI governance
- Experience facilitating cross-functional ethics committees
- Published work in AI ethics or technology ethics journals
- Strong background in at least one technical domain (healthcare/finance/autonomous systems)
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
