Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics policies and governance frameworks for 2026 product launches
- Conduct bias audits and ethical risk assessments for machine learning models
- Partner with engineering teams to implement ethical-by-design principles in AI systems
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align stakeholders on ethical AI priorities
- Monitor evolving regulatory landscape and advise on compliance strategies
- Produce thought leadership content on responsible AI practices
- Mentor junior team members on ethical AI methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, responsible tech, or compliance
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI regulations
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning systems
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating ethical trade-offs in AI development
- Experience facilitating multi-stakeholder ethical decision-making processes
- Published research or speaking engagements on AI ethics topics
