Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning models
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical safeguards into development lifecycles
- Author white papers and policy recommendations for regulatory bodies
- Lead cross-functional ethics review boards for high-impact AI deployments
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and ensure compliance across global markets
- Mentor junior staff on ethical AI best practices and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI governance, responsible AI, or tech ethics
- Expertise in bias detection methodologies and fairness metrics
- Proven track record influencing AI policy or corporate ethics programs
- Strong understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in Responsible AI or AI Ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google Responsible AI)
