- Author industry-position papers on AI accountability and transparency standards
- Establish cross-functional ethics review boards for high-impact AI deployments
- Monitor evolving regulatory landscapes and adapt compliance strategies proactively
- Design user-centric AI transparency interfaces and explainability protocols
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or tech policy leadership
- Expertise in bias detection methodologies and fairness metrics
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Experience with multi-stakeholder governance models and consensus-building
- Published work or significant contributions to AI ethics discourse
