Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 product roadmap
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and develop mitigation strategies for AI systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in AI development pipelines
- Develop global compliance strategies for emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Create ethics training programs for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Lead stakeholder dialogues on AI ethics with industry consortiums and regulatory bodies
- Produce transparency reports documenting AI system impacts and decision-making processes
- Drive research on emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and autonomous systems
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or responsible technology implementation
- Expertise in AI bias detection techniques and fairness metrics
- Deep knowledge of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven experience developing organizational ethics policies and compliance programs
- Strong technical literacy in ML/AI development workflows and data structures
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with cross-functional ethics initiatives in tech environments
