Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in AI ethics, compliance, or responsible tech

- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proficiency with Python for ethical AI auditing workflows
- Published research or industry contributions to AI ethics discourse
- Certification in Responsible AI Governance (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google ML fairness)
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences
