Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory standards
- Conduct bias audits and algorithmic impact assessments for autonomous systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into ML pipelines
- Advocate for transparent AI practices through stakeholder workshops and documentation
- Monitor evolving global AI legislation and adapt compliance strategies proactively
- Lead cross-functional ethics task forces addressing societal AI implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation techniques and algorithmic fairness assessment
- Proven track record developing enterprise AI governance frameworks
- Strong understanding of emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology preferred
