Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory expectations
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and ethical risk assessments for autonomous systems
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical design principles in product development
- Create transparency protocols for AI decision-making processes
- Lead stakeholder engagement on ethical AI initiatives with regulators and industry bodies
- Establish KPIs to measure ethical performance in AI deployments
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or responsible technology roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning systems
- Strong understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving US regulations
- Experience with ethical frameworks (e.g., ACM Code of Ethics, IEEE 7000)
- Proficiency in Python for ethical auditing tools development
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical ethics concepts
- Published work or certifications in AI ethics (e.g., Stanford HAI Certificate)
