Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, algorithmic auditing, or responsible AI
- Expertise in fairness metrics and bias mitigation techniques
- Strong publication record in top-tier AI ethics conferences
- Proficiency with Python for bias detection tool development
- Experience with global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex ethical concepts for technical teams
